Our March Coffee of the Month comes from Peru’s high-altitude growing regions — a fully washed, sun-dried lot offering a lively, sweet cup with layered complexity and balanced acidity. Expect notes of dark chocolate and bright citrus rounded out by maple-like sweetness in a smooth medium roast.
Fully washed processing emphasizes clarity and structure, allowing the coffee’s natural sweetness and acidity to shine. Careful fermentation and drying develop a clean, expressive cup that highlights both terroir and craft.
