Farm Story

Back in 2014, 25 small-scale coffee producers from the Casitas District, located in the town of Corquin, Copan, came together to establish the COOP known as CAFESCOR – Cafes Especiales Corquin, S. A. de C. V. Since its inception, the cooperative has expanded to include over 131 partners who collectively cultivate more than 400 hectares of land. Equipped with a wet mill situated in the community of Las Casitas and a dry mill in Jimilile, the cooperative partners are dedicated to furthering their growth and earning acclaim for their excellence in coffee production.
