French No. 19 is a French-roast blend of Central American coffees, roasted to order.

Coffee was excellent, shipped pretty fast, and holds up well in storage. Hard to ask for more.
I have always liked dark but not bitter coffe and my mom likes medium roasts. French 19 keeps us both happy. I brew mine in an espresso machine and mom uses the old faithful drip coffee maker. I also really like it in a press pot or pourover. All that said, this is the best and freshest fullbodied coffee I've had for a long time and is very flavorful in different grindes, made weaker or stronger. Good coffee for a good cause. What could be better?

Our French Roast is a true French Roast. The beans cannot be roasted any darker without carbonizing them.
